Hikmahanto Juwana was appointed as President Commissioner of PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda) (Jakpro) based on the results of the Shareholders' Decision (KPPS). Hikmahanto is known as an academic and legal expert in the field of international and defense law.

Hikmahanto is a Professor of International Law at the University of Indonesia (UI). Hikmahanto was confirmed as a professor in the field of international law at FHUI at the age of 36 in 2002. He was also the youngest professor in the history of FHUI or even in Indonesia to obtain this title at the age of under 40. Hikmahanto is one of the founders of the Indonesia Society of International Law (ISIL) and co-sponsors the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in Indonesia. In 2021, he was elected President of the Asian Society of International Law (ASIL).

Hikmahanto worked at the Lubis Ganie Surowidjojo (LGS) law firm between 1994 and 1997. He also served as Assistant (Echelon II/a) for Intellectual Property Rights to the Assistant Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs III of the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs (1999-2000), to Staff Expert for the Coordinating Ministry for the Economy in Legal and Institutional Affairs (2000-2001).

Apart from that, Hikmahanto at his alma mater served as Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia (2004-2008). Apart from his experience in the company, Hikmahanto was appointed as Member of the Board of Commissioners and Chair of the Audit Committee of PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk (2009).

Hikmahanto, who was born on October 23 1965 in Jakarta, is the son of an ambassador. Since childhood, Hikmahanto has moved from place to place following his father's assignment abroad. Therefore, he completed his primary and secondary education in two countries, Cambodia and Singapore. He studied high school at SMA 6 Jakarta. Now, Hikmahanto has also been confirmed as Chair of the Alumni Association of SMA 6 Jakarta.

Hikmahanto earned a law degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia. He then received a master's degree in international law from Keio University in 1989. Meanwhile, Hikmahanto obtained a doctorate in 1997 from the University of Nottingham with a dissertation entitled The Right of State to Establish and Build Up Military Defense Capability: Japan as a Case Study.

Serving as Commissioner of PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda) since July 14 2023. Lusiana Herawati completed her Bachelor of Accounting at the College of Communication Sciences – YAI in 1994 and Master of Management at Persada Indonesia University – YAI, in 2019.   Lusiana Herawati, has a lot of experience in the field government bureaucracy.

Recorded from 1989-2015, working at the Financial Audit Agency, RI. 2015-2020, as Head of the Development Division of the Regional Financial Management Agency of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. 2020-2021, as deputy Head of the DKI Jakarta Province Regional Financial Management Agency and 2021-Present, as Head of the DKI Jakarta Province Regional Revenue Agency.

PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda) appointed Agus Susanto as commissioner based on the results of the Shareholders' Decision (KPPS). He served as Main Director of BPJS Employment for the 2016-2021 period. Before serving as President Director of BPJS Employment, Agus had experience working at CIMB Niaga, namely since 1991.

His educational background is Social and Political Sciences. He earned a bachelor's degree in this field from Gadjah Mada University (UGM), Yogyakarta in 1987. Agus again received a Masters in Management academic degree from UGM in 2008. He received his Doctorate degree in Management and Business Administration from Brawijaya University in 2022.

Apart from within the country, he received academic training from overseas campuses, namely MBA Executive Education at INSEAD Fontainebleau, France. He is also listed as an alumnus of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management, Boston USA, in the field of Management Innovation and Technology.

The performance that was considered qualified from these various assignments resulted in Agus being appointed concurrently as President Director of the CIMB Niaga Pension Fund. After that, he was recalled to CIMB Niaga's head office to become Senior Vice President and also concurrently as President Commissioner at PT Niaga Management Citra, a subsidiary of CIMB Niaga which manages the company's buildings and workforce. In the course of his career as a banker, Agus admits that he not only has competence in financial matters, but also in Pension Funds and Capital Markets.

Serving as Commissioner of PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda) since 29 August 2022. Suhajar has a lot of experience in the bureaucratic field. Currently, Suhajar has served as Secretary General of the Ministry of Home Affairs since March 10 2022.

Previously, Suhajar served as Expert Staff for Government Affairs at the Ministry of Home Affairs since July 2015. Apart from that, Suhajar was trusted to be Acting Governor of Bengkulu (2015-2016) and Acting Governor of the Riau Islands (2020).

Suhajar completed his education at the Institute of Domestic Government (IPDN), West Java. At his alma mater, Suhajar was Chancellor for two years, namely in the 2013-2015 period.
